Which of these you owe depends on when your payment reaches the club, not on anything you choose here. We will confirm the exact amount once your payment arrives.

Vehicle and keys

For a rental we only need the company and your rental reference now. The registration, make, model, colour and transmission are captured at the registration desk, because the rental company usually does not tell you which car you are getting until you collect it. Bringing your rental agreement to the desk makes that quick.

Useful to know in advance. If you keep a spare, we log which key we hold and which you have.

Someone else we can reach

Not either of the two riders. If you are both out on the route we need somebody else we can phone about your vehicle.

For example: wife, team manager, neighbour. It tells us how to open the call.

A sticking boot, an immobiliser knack, where you will be standing. This is printed on your contract and given to the driver.

Each one is recorded separately, with the date and time you agreed to it.
